Manufacturing Process of phosphate industry

The production process of industrial Sodium Phosphate is generally divided into six main steps:

1. Raw material configuration: Mix sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, and sodium sulfate in a certain proportion to ensure the quality of the product.

2. Reaction: Put the above mixture into the reactor, heat to a certain temperature, and react to get the industrial Sodium phosphate.

4. Washing: Put the crystal product into the washing tank and add a sufficient amount of water for washing to remove impurities left on the surface of the crystalline product.

5. Dry: Put the washing crystal products in the drying box, heat it to a certain temperature, and evaporate the water in it to obtain dry products.

6. Screening: Put the dry product into the screening machine and screen it to obtain a Sodium Phosphate product of different particle sizes.
